1.Got my bio test back and am scared to look at it ::::: I already have a degree so who really cares?
2. I have extreme negative feelings towards the smart girl in class who got a 100 and was quite smug about it ::::: I am sure the stick in her ass hurts
3. My car is struggling, Muffler, Starter?, Lock, Etc. ::::: I don' t have car payments
4. I need a job ::::: Job=Money=Material Objects=Scarlet's Happy!
5. Stats lab at 8AM tomorrow ::::: There really isn't a good thing about this since I have to get up early
6. Nothing really to do for Halloween:( ::::: Going to help decorate Jesse and Jobeth and possibly Baltimore on Sat!

That's it really. I was just pretty annoyed at the smart girl. Erg...I should show her a MWC test and watch her convulse. BOOOYA! Haha, I'm so snobby and I love it.

ANYWAY, Last nite at MWC was fun. Ramrod was great and it was fun once again to watch my friends "act" insane on stage. I'm mainly directing that one to Patrick-He's quite the frontman. Lot Six was a pleasant surprise! I really enjoyed them and wish I had had money to buy some *merch* hehe. After the show I stayed behind with Cara so she would have someone to ride home with her later. So I went to Amelia's where everyone was gathering while Cara went off to hang out with P. At first there were only about 7 of us at Amelia's then all of a sudden the door opens and about 5 MWCers and all of Lot Six and their people come through the door! It was like a clown car! They were some cool dOOds, those band guys, and we learned all about Boston. But I don't think they took my request to go to NYC and Texas with them seriously. Oh well. I enjoyed talking to different people, meeting my other sister Melissa Rose and listening to Amelia's AWESOME Brit Pop CD. Then Cara got back and we headed home, got here way too late, got up way too early and went to class which takes us full circle back to #1 on my list above. I'm going job hunting in a bit and I think I shall get lunch out...but what shall I get?

I register for Spring classes in about 6.5 hours...I'm so not ready. I mean, I have the schedule I *want* but who knows if that will happen. I'm a senior htough, I'll get what I want, right? I have a few back-ups, but just a few. I wish there were more bio classes to choose from. Oy. I'm not going here for more than 2 more semester and I better get to take fun stuff sometime! I really want to take photography and conducting. We'll see...
I'm also not ready for my stats test, but I will be bc I have about 4 hours of down time in between classes to study tomorrow. Go me Go.
I need to talk about something insightful, ummm... here you go: Things would be so much easier if people would just say what they wanted. I certainly don't do that, hardly ever actually. But I recommend it to everyone else. It seems like every relationship has some sort of go-between involved with it. Not always someone who literally goes back and forth between the people but someone who hears what words should be directed at the other person. Is this something we grow out of? I hope so.

Julianne, don't wish to be somewhere else, make the most of where you are. Then you'll be happier:) It's the only way. That's awesome about Volleyball though! I wish there was some soccer or tennis action going on down here. But I guess its getting sorta cold.
Last nite was the Plea for Peace show with what seemed like 48920 bands...Engine Down, Poison the Well and Thursday are who I went for and they were all great. I got some pictures but not as many as I had hoped bc the crowd was sorta rough and I couldn't get up front. Saw a bunch of people: Vanessa of course, Mike, Mandy, and Meredith...woooohoooo! Mandy scared the crap out of me bc she ran up and hugged me and I was like "Who is around my waist, do I know this person?" haha.
I'm super tired bc I was up very late and early studying for my bio test which was sorta tricky:( I'm hoping for a C....I'd be fine with that. He had a bunch of questions on old material which sucked!
Tonite will be another fun filled nite of studying as I have my second stats test tomorrow and I'm a *bit* behind, oops. Wednesday I think I'm going to MWC to see Ramrod? Thursday is Halloween and I'm spending at least some of it at Sauce with Jesse and Jobeth (Jesse is my brother by the way). I'm not sure about Friday, (I)NC? Saturday I don't know about and Sunday I don't know about. Why do I feel the need to plan my week? Um, Because I'm putting on studying. Oh yeah, thats it.

Firstly, a few random things before I forget. There was a raccoon under your car tonite, Robert. Raccoons scare me. In that potentially rabid going to bite my face kind of way. Also I passed by the movie set, I think. But I was going too fast for them to catch a glimpse at my made for movies face. I'm craving Pepsi but all I have is milk, not going to work. I might have to swing by the Rose household to steal some food and drinks on Saturday on my way home from Cynthia's bday festivities.
Secondly, I have a stats quiz tomorrow, like every Friday and I definitely don't know the material this time so I'm actually looking in my *gasp* book. But the book sucks at life and so does the supplement to the book, surprise surprise.

Ninthly, I'm going to apply at Up Against The Wall where Jobeth works. Should be interesting since I have to say something about myself and fashion. I need to have this ready before I go in there bc I'll totally draw a blank and be like "I wear clothes, hire me." I'm realizing that I have a lot of clothes that are missing. They must be at home, they BETTER be at home. Oh goodness, if my mom sold them at a yard sale she's toast! But she knows better so I'm sure they're somewhere.

In reponse and addition to Rena's blog about the different types of IMers I must point out some more types of IMers.
~The type that writes in stream of conscious-I do that a lot. There's nothing wrong with it, unless you're talking to a paragraph IMer bc by the time they hit enter with their 5 sentence response you're on to 4 other topics. Both IMers need to adapt in this case.
~Then there are the IMers who write just to say hi right before they get offline. This is acceptable for best friends and sisters. That's it.
~MIA IMers is my new term for those scumbags who just stop writing all of a sudden. It's not fun. Think of it like this: If you were in person having a conversation would you just walk away without answering the person or at least saying bye? And these are the people who don't even sign off, they just stop writing. At least if you sign off we can assume you lost your connection or you're saving a puppy or something. This is an appropriate time to use the writing right before you get offline action though. If you realize that you "forgot" (psha) to write someone back then please, feel free to write and say "Just wanted to say bye before I left, Sorry I didn't write back, [insert excuse in here]" My favorite excuse is "It didn't blink" because that is often true.
~Nazi IMers- Those rare folks who sit by with everyone on alert and IM them the second they sign on. I'm not like this and I dont know anyone who is, thank goodness.
~Sneaky IMers- *sarcasm* Do you really think IMChaos is going to "catch us"? If I click on it then it's because I want you to know I checked, duh.
~Idleless- There is a "show when idle" option for a reason, so the rest of us don't have to IM you all day til you get back. But I can understand not showing you're idle sometimes so I'll allow it.
~brb- This means "be right back" or in some instances "bathroom break". It does not, however, mean "I'm going to go run a marathon and be back in about 4 hours....Keep waiting though!" Same with "hold on"- i just hope noone out there is literally holding on to something. Except their hope that you bastards are coming back! Arg.
~AIM Slang- Besides a few which have withstood the test of time, Don't use ridiculous slang words, "ur", "u", "2" etc....Because I happen to be literate and when I try to read that I think "er" and "u", and "2" (literally)...Don't confuse us!

Today in recitation class for Life Sciences this girls stomached growled so loud people across the room heard and they started laughing during my presentation of my article-that's always a little unnerving=/ But my teacher loves me because I don't make stupid statements like half of the class does. "I wonder if these Doritos are stale" Actually that guys pretty cool because he just doesn't care what people think and that's cool. But the army guy I could do without. Sorry army guy. I'm glad you're being all you can be but every story doesn't have to start with "In the Army..." I'm going to start telling Navy stories and then we can fight.

ALL MY LIFE: Totally rocking, this is the single. I love it when he screams. This is the Stacked Actors of the album.
LOW: Slower, with energy boiling underneath (ooh I should work for a magazine). Good, fast drums-Yay Taylor! Is that Dave backing up himself? hmmm
HAVE IT ALL:I'm really liking the drumming overall so far. Ooooh, this one has some nice harmonies (I'm such a music major dork)
TIMES LIKE THESE:Awww, I like this one. "It's times like these you learn to love again" hehe, *heart* This sounds like another band that I can't place my finger on...
DISENCHANTED LULLABY:The first note sounded just like a Sunny Day Real Estate song by the way. I wish this sounded more "minor" but that's cool. Ooh I like, gritty screaming, mmm. And arpeggios.
TIRED OF YOU:Starts of slow, with distinctive chord changes, Man-I've got to stop with the music talk. "is this just desire or truth?" This is one of my favorites so far.

Things about today that I was not pleased about:
~Being freaked out after hearing that someone was shot in Opal, not sniper related though...
~My hands are so cold, all of the time.
~My F-Head of a stats professor wouldn't take my homework, He said "You can't turn it in at the end of class" And if I hadn't been so mad I would have pointed out that 1)the syllabus says nothing about it having to be in by 2PM and 2)the syllabus DOES say to be considerate in class and when people show up 20 minutes late and walk in front of him to turn it in, I think it's annoying and I was not going to do that. I was like 2 minutes late and chose to not interrupt class and wait to turn it in. Oh he is SO getting a strongly worded letter when I turn it in next Monday!
~MWC sucks and did not send my transcripts as I requested and PAID them to do, Now I can't register here at VCU until they get turned in. Stupid MWC!
~I miss everyone.

1. How many TVs do you have in your home? In RVA home there are I believe 3? One in my room that I can only watch movies on, bust.


2. On average, how much TV do you watch in a week? I can tell you exactly per day I think: Sunday: 3 hours, Monday- usually none, Tuesday- usually none, Wednesday- usually none although I'm getting my mom to tape Dawson's Creek! yayayya! Once I get that 1/2 million I'm getting cable, ha. Thursday- 2.5 hours, Friday- none, I'm out partaying!, Saturday- usually none.....

3. Do you feel that television is bad for young children? No, not at all. Unless you're simple minded and can't handle it. I dont buy all that crap about it rotting your brain, I used to watch SO MUCH tv in high school and I had a 4.0 thankyouverymuch.


4. What TV shows do you absolutely HAVE to watch, and if you miss them, you're heartbroken? ALIAS and FRIENDS!

Anyway, I was thinking earlier of careers I could get into. Most of theses are "dream jobs" so we'll see...
Forensic Scientist- One of the few bio fields I could handle. But only in a cool, crime scene way. Hehe, TV's gotten to me (CSI). This requires a masters in *shriek* bio though, yikes.
Nutritionist- For athletes or something would be cool. I don't understand why I don't get credit for this at college, well, it doesnt count for the bio major-stupid.
The person who picks the music for movies- This would totally rule. Music makes the movie. Well, it can make or break it. Can you say Celine Dion? HAHHAHA

There is a church on my way to VCU and they've been having this anti-abortion thing going on and today they had a picture of an aborted 7-week old fetus...I almost spewed. It was really sad. I'm not getting into the "abortion issue" because after countless fights with Andrew I've vowed to never discuss it. But man oh man.
So there's been another shooting, probably related, in Manassas, VA...which is definitely very close to where I live. OK, ok...I live in the middle of nowhere but Manassas is one of the places we go to often. Scary stuff. And Sudley Road is the main drag...I've probably been to that gas station-oh wait, I don't get gas til I'm about to run out so maybe not, haha.
What else, the show last nite was good. Too much to write about now though. But yes, cuteRVA was there..some of them anyway.

Last Nite:
Alyssa's birthday party at Cara and Katie's place. Had a great time seeing *everyone*, yay! Good food too, I was pleasantly surprised by the veggie treats, hehe. I was sort of upset that as I was leaving to head to my second party, that was when Allison and Jimmy showed up, bust. But that's ok, we'll see each other again soon I hope.
Christopher's was fun too. Saw the ol' Mu Phi crowd which was great. And the 451 came although with notable exceptions of Vanessa and Julianne. One was in Alabama and one was on house arrest, just kidding. I had fun there although it was a bust on the Scarlet-o-meter...which basically doesn't mean anything. Went to Denny's and had the worst service ever there, as bad as Spanky's on a Saturday afternoon! But mmmfries. Then I came home....got here at 4. Yikes. Tonite is Sparta. I dont feel like typing anymore......at least on this thang.

Happy Birthday Jobeth!!!!

Last nite after watching wonderful episodes of FRIENDS and ER I headed down to Sauce in Shockoe Bottom to hang out with Jesse and Jobeth and hear them play. I ended up working the door bc the regular guy didn't show up and I didn't really know anyoneto hang out with. It was fun. After the initial few people who had one person on the guest list but wanted everyone to get in free it was easy. Oh and also after I figured out what ages could get 21+ wrist bands and who couldn't. I flet dumb with one girl bc her bday's in December and I'm like "how old ARE you?" bc I had a mental block, haha. It's also fun to havelike $40 in ones in your pocket....mmm. I only stayed til about 12:30 bc I had class this morning at 8 (dear Lord) but as I was leaving this weird guy with dreds (sp?) who had been breakdancing *stifles laughter* and showing his ass kissed my ear!? Weird. Now, just to clarify, it wasn't his breakdancing that was funny, it was that he wasn't on beat at all! AND he kept showing his rump-nasty.

So today has finally come. Alyssa's Bday party is tonite at Cara and Katies, should be cool. Hope noone hates me since I have to head out early to get to my previous engagement at Christopher's.

Ok you know what, I'm about to hurl the breakfast I did not have so I think I have to go home and sleep. MAYBE I can make it back to class:( Man, I really didn't want to miss. But ugh, I feel like shite.
