There was no Friday Five this week so I'm making up my own. Let's see.

1. What is your favorite food? wow, hard one Scarlet (haha), I love americanized mexican food, pasta, and pizza
2. Name 3 foods that make you want to hurl: sour cream! olives! pickles! ew ewew ewew!
3. What is the grossest thing you've ever eaten (not including #2)? I used to eat Sardines like nobody's business
4. What do you plan on eating at your next meal? I'm hoping to go out somewhere bc I don't feel like eating Ramen noodles which is all I have. I REALLY want mexican (mmmchipotlemmmm)
5. Are you hungry right now? Oh yes.

Not much going on. Just waiting to hear if power is back in Richmond. My one source says most of it is but I'm waiting for definite word. But then I'm sure my mom will be like, "Wait for tomorrow to go back" haha, Oh and especially since she won't be home til later tonite. Bah!
My feet are cold. And that is because my house is kind of cold right now. But then it makes me think its cooler outside but it's not. I'm so sick of 80 degree days. We've had our fill, bring on the chill! I want to see changing leaves!
I really want to go to CA now after having the idea put into my head. It wouldn't be that expensive-plane ticket, food, fun and that's about it since I know people out there. Ha, well...let's not assume I can stay at their places but 1 room divided by 3 isn't that bad.
I've been all about playing the piano the past few days. I get in the mood to play and I go downstairs and start but then...I realize I'm not that good and that is so frustrating. This may come out as snotty but, since I'm good at the clarinet and flute, I expect/want to be good at every instrument without having to practice and try too hard. I can play things in the key of C (hehe) that don't wander too far from middle C. It's also hard for me to do different things with the left and right hands....But I guess practice makes purrfect. So, I may as well go practice.

It's raining.

Ali and I are planning on going on a walk at midnite...haha. Should be interesting. My dad called and was like, "Have you seen Toto fly by yet?" and I said, "No, but we're getting ready to throw some things out to see what will happen."
My poor mom's entire right side was wet from delivering the mail in the rain today. She's awesome. Not awesome enough to let me leave if we lose power though I think. haha!
Last nite I watched Wuthering Heights-the MTV one. It actually made me want to reread the book. WEIRD!
Now Guiding Light is on. I'm trying to save my reading material in case the power goes out. I have a Cosmo, Newsweek and ROlling Stone as well as a bunch of Sweet Valley books;) I also plan on playing the piano but I guess I should go find my piano books before it gets dark.

So my manager from the summer, who thank goodness I will never have to work with again, is a total douchebag. I've never worked with someone so immature and yet, she's 30 years old. I can't believe she even got paid for what she did this summer, it's ridiculous! And to then act like she was the best thing to have come to the pool, yeah right. I just think its funny that a person is hired to run a pool yet is not certified to save lives, has no idea how to manage the water, and can't manage to stay awake for a 7 hour shift. Wow.
Anyway, That was fun.

I've been told it's FRIDAY and here are it's FIVE!

1. What housekeeping chore(s) do you hate doing the most? I absolutely HATE washing dishes.

2. Are there any that you like or don't mind doing? I like to vacuum and clean random things. I also enjoy using "fun" cleaning products.

3. Do you have a routine throughout the week or just clean as it's needed? The past 5 years or so I've cleaned when I've had the time, which would be when I didn't have to study or do homework and crap like that. I'm telling you though, I have a little bit of Monica in me, deep down that is.

4. Do you have any odd cleaning/housekeeping quirks or rules? This comes from working at the pool: I would always throw the sponge away after cleaning the bathrooms instead of rinsing it out and reusing it the next time. I also have some dishes issues but I won't get into my craziness.

5. What was the last thing you cleaned? The bathrooms at the pool, last Sat. But since then I've been "recuperating" from the ol' wisdom teeth extraction so I havent' done ANYTHING AND IT'S AWESOME!

With that said, I HATE PEOPLE! Sometimes I really do. Sometimes I really can't stand them all and sometimes it's a choice few. At the moment, It's let me see...1, 2, 3, 4 or so people.
Luckily Ali has just lifted my bad spirits by playing with the AB Repeat button on my new DVD player. Nothing like watching Pacey fall over and over and over and....over again. There is also nothing like watching entire seasons of shows you loved when you were in 9th grade. Ha, Ali is CRACKING ME UP!

But really, Here are my rules:
1. I'm independent when I want to be and in these moments you need to leave me alone.
2. I do not like unnecessary talking. Silence is golden.
3. Don't ask for clarification of my actions
4. You MUST be aware of my body language and subtle hints for what I want to do. I am of few words when it comes to what I want to do.
