What a jaded view. To not remember the past few months correctly and then try to act like the fault lies elsewhere. As much as taking that first step is the mature thing to do, it's also giving in to immature behavior. Whatever, it's definitely someone else's loss.

Sometimes I can't bring myself to watch a movie. 2 hours is just too long. I can always have one on in the background, as long as it's one I've seen 5493 times. But when I try to put on a new one I find myself thinking of something better to do. I don't have this problem in the theatre though, weird. My problem there is that I hate sitting next to other people and other than matinees its too much $$$. Whatever.

In some situations I get really paranoid that everyone knows the truth but I don't. For instance, I say "Oh he totally loves me and likes to hang out a lot" and the person I say this too is thining, 'Hmm, he actually hates her and feels bad for her'. Or, what if everyone is just saying the nice thing and everything I think is true is really just a cover up and I'm running around saying all of this false stuff that I believe and I come out sounding like a sad, sad person.
I mean, I don't really feel that. Not to such a scary freaky level but yeah, sometimes I feel like people are keeping the awful truth from me. Even though I often have the facts to back things up.
So, I wouldn't mind some reinforcement right about now.

"A Summer To Die" by Lois Lowry is a sad book from my childhood. I was just reminded of it.

Today Ali and I went to Safeway to buy our food for the week. She chased my with Lit'l Smokies which made me want to gag and I ran away. Some lady who was taking inventory laughed at us. Then we got Starbucks and the kid working there was rude. and dumb. I hate him.

We are watching The Ring and I am scared. I am not going to want to go into my room. I am glad we are watching this BEFORE the 'rents leave. Speaking of which, the position for bed warmer is still open.

I joined MatchDoctor.com just for fun and already I've practically had a proposal! I don't even have a picture up.


Ok, I'm busy looking up Judy Blume books to buy.

I've spent the past few hours, off and on, trying to get to this blogger update page because I had so much I wanted to write about...and now that I'm finally here, I don't feel like getting into it all. I'm kind of glad this page is sort of forgotten because now that I might actually have things to write about (that I don't want on LJ bc it's "fake") I can cryptically mention them here for my own memory's sake and it's won't be like writing a column in my own gossip column.

I started watching The Virgin Suicides for the second time earlier. I love that movie so much and now that I've read the book, it's even better. I'm about to start "Middlesex". I hope it's a fast read. I'm not in the mood for anything else.
