Obsession:

2. A compulsive, often unreasonable idea or emotion.

Passion:
1. A powerful emotion, such as love, joy, hatred, or anger.

2. Ardent love.
a. Strong sexual desire; lust.
b. The object of such love or desire.

3. Boundless enthusiasm.

Obsession vs. Passion .

I think the word "groupie" has a negative conotation and I do not allow it.
I love music.
I love musicians.
I love people.
I love everything.
A lot.

And there is nothing wrong with that.
