I want to get to the point where I give job interviews and my interviews will be awesome. I will not ask such questions as, "What is customer service to you?" and "Give me a specific exampled of *fill in the blank*". I will say, "Favorite color?" "Second favorite color?" "favorite class ever?" "last book you read?" "45X15" "Say the alphabet backwards".
