My one and only New Year's resolution shall be to listen to more Beatles. I decided this while watching one of my new favorite shows, American Dreams. It was the rerun with Beatlemania and it made me wish I had been alive during that time in history. I think the show does a good job recreating stuff, It makes me feel like I'm back in time, hehe. Oh I adore The Beatles. And speaking of resolutions: I think they're SO lame. Why would a person put the pressure on themselves to work on huge changes? When people say "I will lose 20 lbs" or "I will stop having sex with strangers" "I will only use pot once a day" "I will get straight As" I just don't understand it. Don't most people's resolution plans end in a disapointment? Maybe it just seems that way. Just because you write a different date on your checks doesn't mean you should try to reinvent yourself. Unless it concerns The Beatles.
