Just wanted to get online to prove I'm awake at the crack of dawn early...before breakfast as one might say. I just took The Al to school, and she conned me into picking her up later too, just kidding I don't mind. My parents are back safely and even brought me some presents, yay! "Like Christmas all over again" I think they had a nice time which is good, I know Ali and I did, haha. On today's agenda: go sleep more since I couldn't fall asleep til about 4 again (I tried for almost 2.5 hours to fall asleep=/), do some internet research for both myself (NYC, skiing) and my dad (Subarus), pick up Ali, go to Ali's meet and that's probably it. Apparently Rotoglow is playing in Fredericksburg and while they're my absolute *favorite* band ever (haha, SOOOOO kidding) I don't think it will work out to get from Winchester to Fredericksburg in time, as much as I want to go out tonite. Oh well, but you never know! I've done crazier things...
I wish Bealeton had a Starbucks. Mmmmmmocha! (frapaccino)
Friends and ER tonite, oh yes. I'm tres excited. They are both new which is so lovely. Oh wait, I'll be at the meet so I have to tape them. Bust. Speaking of "bust", it's so funny how many people say it now. Ali didn't realize I got that word from Rena, hehe. I remember the time I went to hang out with her my junior (her soph) year when she and her suitemate would call each other Becky and say Bust a lot, haha. I can't remember her name Rena, sorry...I guess because I picture her as "Becky." Now the usage of "bust" has spread so far, its great. A lot of Ali's friend also say a lot of Anna-isms like "die in the firestorm" and oh wait, I'm totally drawing a blank-Cue to go back to sleep.
Speaking of too early in the morning: Who here is a Katie Couric fan? I know Jules is, I prefer Ann Curry-she's so cool. But maybe she *is* trying to get Katie's job, very interesting.
