I have this issue with traffic....I dont understand it....If everyone tries to avoid it then how is there still traffic at "rush hour" and not new rush hours before and after....there should technically be traffic jams all day long. Like,construction workers usually leave at the crack of dawn to avoid traffic...so shouldn't there be a "construction worker rush hour"? and because of this they would leave earlier or later creating more traffic. Wow, I need to stop this viscious cycle!
